Fees and billing
Fees depend on the service, client size, transaction volume, record quality and assignment complexity. We assess the requirements and provide a quotation before starting.
For once-off work, an agreed deposit may be required, with the balance payable on completion or at agreed milestones. Monthly services are billed under the engagement terms.
Unless specifically stated, professional fees exclude government filing fees, registration charges, licence fees, taxes, transport and other third-party expenses.
Yes. Clients may combine accounting, tax, payroll, financial reporting, company secretarial, software, training and advisory services.

Yes. Bookkeeping may be provided monthly, quarterly, annually or as a once-off assignment.
Yes. We prepare financial statements from the accounting records and supporting information supplied by the client.
Yes. We assist with selection, setup, chart of accounts, opening balances, user training and ongoing support.
Yes. Training is available in bookkeeping, accounting, tax, payroll, accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Yes. Consultations and selected services may be delivered online, depending on the assignment.
